What I do
Grief Coaching
Though I advocate wholly for traditional talk/play therapy, I also understand that many therapists have long ( months long sometimes) wait lists. Here is where Doulas come in.
I am not a therapist, but I have been a grief support coach for many years. I am good at listening and allowing space for healing. I have volunteered with The Dougy Center, a grief support center for children and their families for many, many years.
I have met with grievers via phone calls, Zoom and in-person meetings. I can support children through adults.

Eternal Endings
Photo Session
We know about birth photography, senior pictures, and wedding photography but what about those that would like to preserve their loved-one’s final days? Just diagnosed with a terminal illness and want to capture precious moments before you are gone?
Do you want to remember their hands? Smile? A special dress/outfit? How about just living the moment while someone else captures the moments with family, friends, pets etc. This is a beautiful way to eternalize this moment in time.
Price: $100 session fee
This includes up to 2 hours and all photos placed on a thumb drive for families to print or share as desired.
Caregiver Support
We are not meant to do this alone!
Being a caregiver is a beautiful expression of love, but can come with many different emotions. You want to help, you’re the only one who can help, you’re sad, you’re tired, no one understands, you’re mad, you’re lonely, you love your person but you wish their suffering was over, you feel guilty for any or all of these BIG feelings.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I SEE YOU.
I would love to help ease your burden. Here is how I can help:
I can listen…sometimes that is all that is needed
I can help set up a an app that will allow others to help
I can grocery shop
I can give respite care so you can care for yourself
I can set up palliative care or help make phone calls
